Return Policy

Return Eligibility

Return Process

Step 1: Initiate a Return

  • Contact our customer service team at support@nicenjoy.xyz with your order number and reason for the return.
  • Our team will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions.

Step 2: Prepare Your Package

  • Pack the item securely in its original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and documentation.
  • Write the RMA number on the outside of the package.

Step 3: Ship the Item

  • Ship the item to the address provided by our customer service team. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the package is returned safely.
  • You are responsible for the cost of return shipping, except in cases where the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect or defective item).

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund:

  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item:
